1. Who we are
nopincode.com is run by CXY No Pin Code Realty LLP (LLPIN ACN-3003), Survey 8/4, Venkatapura Manne Village, Tyamagondlu Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka 562111 (“we”, “us”). We decide why and how your personal data is used, and we are responsible for it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.
This policy covers our website, our forms, and messages you send us about No Pin Code® Valley. It does not cover other websites we link to.
2. What we collect, and why

We do not ask for card details, passwords or copies of identity documents on this website. The Booking Application Form asks for your PAN and for the reference number of a payment you have already made.
3. Allergies and dietary needs
If you tell us about an allergy or dietary need on an RSVP, we use it only to cater for you at that event. Only the people organising the event see it. We delete it within 30 days after the event.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and features are used. It sets cookies and receives your IP address, which Google uses to estimate your approximate location. We record events such as a form being submitted, an RSVP answer, and taps on WhatsApp, calendar and map links. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The site still works without them.
5. Who we share it with
We share your data only as needed to run this website and reply to you:
- Our hosting provider (my.hosting.com), which stores the website and form entries.
- Google: Gmail delivers form notifications to our team; Google Analytics, Maps and Fonts run parts of the site.
- Meta (WhatsApp), if you choose to message us there.
- Our partners and design team working on No Pin Code® Valley, when they need it to answer your enquiry or host you at the site.
- Our lawyers, chartered accountants and bankers, and the registration and tax authorities, when a booking or sale requires it.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Google and Meta act under their own privacy policies. Some of these providers may store data outside India. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. Consent
By submitting a form, you consent to us using the details you give for the purpose shown next to that form and in section 2. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the address in section 9. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before, but we will stop using your data for that purpose.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and masterplan requests: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a buyer.
- Booking applications: on this website until your purchase is completed, or until your refund is paid if the booking is cancelled or declined. Signed forms and sale records are then kept for as long as the law requires.
- If you buy from us: for as long as the law requires us to keep sale records.
- RSVPs: until 30 days after the event (allergy details as in section 3).
- Analytics: up to 14 months, as set in Google Analytics.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
- stop sending you updates;
- let someone you nominate exercise these rights if you die or cannot act.
Write to us at the address in section 9. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. An RSVP may include how many children are coming, but it does not ask for their names or ages.
11. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Form entries are stored in our website’s database, which only our team can open. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top. If the change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you.
