nopincode.com is run by CXY No Pin Code Realty LLP (“we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information only, not an offer
This website gives general information about No Pin Code® Valley. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract, and it does not create any right to a plot or a price. Any sale is governed only by a written agreement signed by both parties, and by the documents and approvals referred to in it.
3. Plans, images and specifications
Masterplans, layouts, plot sizes, images, renderings and descriptions are indicative. Some images are artist’s impressions or show the land at a particular time and season. Plans and specifications may change because of surveys, approvals, site conditions or design decisions. Please rely only on the surveyed drawings and the terms in your signed agreement.
4. Prices, availability and timelines
Prices, availability, payment terms and timelines are confirmed only in writing at the time of booking. They may change without notice until then.
5. Approvals and registration
No Pin Code® Valley is not registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Our legal advisors have advised that registration is not required for this project.
Please make your own checks, and take independent legal and financial advice, before you buy.
6. Third-party services and links
The site links to or embeds services run by others, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings, masterplans and design of this website belong to us or our licensors, including Ananas. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy, publish or use them commercially without our written permission.
No Pin Code® is a registered trademark owned by Rahul Jauhari and used by CXY No Pin Code Realty LLP with his permission.
8. Using the site responsibly
Please do not misuse the site: do not submit false details, attempt to break its security, or send spam through its forms.
9. Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website’s content rather than on your signed agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
